Hi there,

Could you please check & confirm the below locations if you don't have any files?

You may also check this article for more info & let us know if that helps: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/file-storage-quota.html

Regards,

Tarun

I checked those locations, and permanently deleted what was in the trash. Now there are no files anywhere, but it says 14.6gb is used????

I want to edit photos with lightroom mobile on my ipad, but I can't because of this bloody sync issue saying my storage is full.

I really miss the days when I owned your products, and everything just worked! I tried to attach screenshots showing my empty folders in the box below this reply box, and even that doesn't work. The 287kb jpegs I'm trying to attach to this message just freeze up in the middle of trying to upload with this message.

Obviously Adobe is trying hard to push everyone to upgrade to more cloud storage, but why in the world would I do that when there are so many errors with what I have now. The only way I would consider spending a cent more with Adobe is if everything was user friendly, and worked flawlessly.... Which it does not!

Thanks for checking the locations. I'd recommend reaching out to and working with our support directly as a next step. They can be reached here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

Let us know if that helps.
