Question

1gb storage limit for Adobe desktop cloud app

I wanted to try Adobe Cloud storage by uploading a video file about 2gb so I downloaded Adobe cloud desktop but I still get a message "your file has more than 1gb and it is too big". Wasn´t it suppose to work up to 5gb? If I can´t upload more than 1gb file, it´s kind of useless storage 😞 Any clue? Thanks

check the amount of room you have left (including your deleted files that have not been permanently deleted).  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/delete-files-permanently.html
