Question

334.1 MB cloud storage used, but no files or libraries exist.

The title says it all.

My CC cloud storage is completely empty, but there's 334.1 MB of data in use that I can't seem to access in order to delete it.

All locations are empty - "Your files", "Shared with you", "Your libraries", "Deleted", "Lightroom photos", "Mobile creations". I also checked every mobile app to make sure no files were present, and I discovered a couple of Rush projects that didn't appear in CC, so I deleted those as well.

And yet 334.1 MB of data remains.

Also, there's another issue (possibly related) - ever since Adobe ended cloud sync, I've had a red exclamation mark on my CC tray icon (Win 11) and on the cloud icon in the top right corner of the app window (see pics).

Any help is appreciated.

Cheers.

Hi

@the outward spiral

,

We're sorry for the delay. Please check this link and look for the locations mentioned and see if you have files to remove- https://adobe.ly/4b7xuEy

If that doesn't help, share the logs from your machine. Check this link for more info on how to generate them: https://adobe.ly/3JEdg9T. Share the logs with us via a cloud storage link here.

For the red exclamation mark, try to restart your computer and see if that warning is still present.

If it is, reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

Let us know if that helps.

Regards,

Tarun

The used space is now only 11 KB, so I guess that part of the problem is solved (unless it should show “0 KB used”)?

But the red exclamation marks remain, even after resetting the app.

Cheers.

restart your computer if a 2nd reset fails to resolve that red !
