A big big complaint to Adobe team for the awful UX design of cloud storage

I am just going to jump to the point. I have rarely seen such a horrible design in any new or old software or web service before, only comparable to the scammer services that hook you on a plan where you won't be able to find the cancellation, or, in this case, how to empty your storage.

No excuses can be given in this case because the "upgrade" button is always right there to take you to a page to charge you for more unnecessary storage, instead of taking you to the part where you can see what is actually filling your storage. There is almost no way to find where your files are located and how to clean your storage, while there is always the option to buy more storage from Adobe. I spent over an hour finding files that had filled my cloud storage and prevented me from cropping one image online.

This gives the feeling of being scammed so strongly that it is maddening. Whoever decided to design the file management on Adobe Cloud and decided to force the users to purchase extra storage for no reason has brought the glorious Adobe's level down to the level of the lowest scammers out there and has no business making decisions for Adobe.
I refuse to believe it is Adobe's policy, so I expect to see this problem addressed swiftly so users can easily access and manage their files without being bombarded by upgrade options.
