A Dozen fles in creative cloud disappeared and I saw it happen

I have zero trust in this service now. Thank god what I lost isn't work I can't redo fairly quickly. I had literally 13 files vanish from my Creative Cloud folder and from my photoshop history. I was reviewing files, clicked the X on the window to close Creative Cloud, and when I came back to photoshop all the recent files I'd been working on vanished and showed files from 2 months or more ago. There is nothing in the archive. I am beside myself. I am never going to be able to trust this service again. The files aren't even in the 'deleted' folder.

If anyone has any ideas go ahead and send them my way, I still lost something like 30 hours of work.
