A message that never goes away

Hello,

An update message constantly appears.

Yet I am up to date on all adobe applications.

This message is very annoying because I cannot make it disappear and it appears in front of all my adobe windows, I cannot move it either ...

Has anyone encountered this problem? Thank you !

open your cc desktop app

click apps>updates>check for updates (in the upper right).

if that shows no updates are available,reset the cc app:

to reset the cc desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
