A message that never goes away

Question

Hello,An update message constantly appears.Yet I am up to date on all adobe applications.This message is very annoying because I cannot make it disappear and it appears in front of all my adobe windows, I cannot move it either ...Has anyone encountered this problem? Thank you !

open your cc desktop appclick apps>updates>check for updates (in the upper right). if that shows no updates are available,reset the cc app:to reset the cc desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:Win: Ctrl + Alt + RMac: Cmd + Opt + R
