A newly created account is experiencing issues with launching both the web and Windows app
Account Creation: I successfully created my account without any apparent issues.
Problem Description: However, when I attempt to launch the web version by visiting https://creativecloud.adobe.com , or when I try to open the Windows app on my computer, nothing happens. There are no error messages or pop-ups; it's as if the applications aren't responding at all and stuck on loading.
Troubleshooting Attempts: I've already tried a few troubleshooting steps, such as restarting my computer, clearing browser cache, reinstalling Microsoft visual c++ and reinstalling the Windows app. Unfortunately, none of these actions have resolved the problem.
System Information: For reference, I'm using Windows 11 on my computer, and my browser is Google chrome.
I'm quite puzzled by this issue and would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions on how to resolve it. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem with their account or app launch? If so, how did you manage to fix it?
