A rolling sync to the cloud

I am sure this has been asked, but I searched and could not find it.

I am using the Adobe Photographers package Lightroom CC, Lightroom Classic and Photoshop along with 20 GIG of cloud. Is there a way to sync a rolling catalog? What I mean is as if my cloud is full and I upload 1 gig of pictures, the cloud would remove the oldest gig from the sync and sync the newest added pictures?  Because the only thing i want on the cloud to edit anywhere is my latest pictures.

Doing so will get the idea to where it can get consideration by the LR CC developers and allow others to vote on the idea as well.
