From my understanding, the important information Adobe is looking for is billing location not geagraphical location. You can live in location A and bill with location B. Even if you then travel to location C, your Adobe CC will still continue to work.

Have you/ your company managed to purchase Adobe CC? If yes, make sure it is a plan that supports Portfolio. More details at:
