Access denied on behance

Hello, recently I'm having hard time to access the behance website even the app, I already tried to clear cache even clear broswer history and reset my wifi but I keep getting on receiving error message. I hope someone can help me resolve the issue.

as a test, use your mobile phone browser with wifi disabled. does it connect?
