A person left my firm. I changed the signin from her email to mine. Now I cannot view files stored in the creative cloud. How do I regain the view of these files?

Files storage is by Adobe ID. Are you able to contact the person who left your firm? You could ask them to share the files with you via Send Link and then you could use Copy to Creative Cloud from the public link url to make your own copy.
