Access to files after enterprise subscription expired

Hi, I've been using my collage enterprise cloud account and its suddenly ended - It has been a couple months since I've finished and left the school. I have most files backed up but not my most recent ones. How can I recover them? I try opening a file in illustator and photoshop but it says I've no permission, and no cloud documents. The account gave me no warning, and then removed all my files. I've tried the free trial to see if I can access the files but nothings showing up. Can anyone help? I don't think it'll be worth calling the school since I doubt they will know what to do.
