Acrobat pro signin window is not working with Zscaler ZIA

I installed Acrobat Pro (Adobe Acrobat 64-bit) with PC with Zscaler ZIA. 
After Acrobat is started, sign in window appears, but shown page is white and nothing is on the window.
If I disable ZIA, signin page is appeared and I can sigin. After Signin, Acrobat Pro works with ZIA.

Could you tell me which URL need to be whitelisted on ZIA for Acrobat Pro sign in?
