Activation Limit Reached

Hello!

The marketing department at our company (which is just one person) uses the Adobe Creative Suite. We are just preparing a new computer and now the Adobe apps like Photoshop, InDesign and so on can't be started any more. This happens on the old and the new computer as well. The message says the activation limit is reached. We opened Adobe account with browser and tried to deactivate all connections. We did this several times now but it doesn't help. We even changed the password, still no change. I found no way to contact Adobe directly, what can we do now?

Best Regards

Jürgen Mayer

if you have cs2, cs3 or cs4, you can no longer activate.

if you have cs5, cs5.5 or cs6, you can ask adobe support (per @John T Smith message) to reset all activations.  this will deactivate all current installations (which may be problematic), but will allow the activation on two computers, assuming a number of things (eg, compatible os, serial number matching the installation file, no revocation of serial number etc).

When you can't properly deactivate a serial number
(this is the ONLY support Adobe still offers for old programs)
BE SURE TO ONLY ASK FOR ACTIVATION SUPPORT TO ADJUST YOUR ACTIVATION COUNT
You may need to PERSIST or TRY AGAIN to find a support agent with more experience
