Add personal Portfolio account to schoolaccount

Hi,

I hope you can help me. My daughter had a personal adobe account where she created a Portfolio website. Now she has a schoolaccount and she wants to add her portfolio created in the personal account to her schoolaccount. However when we try to login with her personal account it says that there is no account to be found with this emailadress. Can anyone help us out? Is there still a possibility to login and change her portfolio to her schoolaccount?
