Adding text in proper alignment - Adobe Portfolio

I'm trying to create a landing page in Adobe Portfolio before I try to add content, but I am finding this app to be extremely unintuitive. In the attached screenshot I clicked the + sign in the text box in an attempt to add a subtitle below it, but the app just aligns the new text next to the text I already had. I can find nothing to modify this.

Also I made a blank collections page but I can't find any way to set up navigation from the landing page to it (or to anything else for that matter).

I thought this was going to be an effective and relatively easy way to make a portfolio from my Lightroom Classic collections, but it is becoming an exasperating time sink.

Finally, in this interface here it says I must select one of the "*Topics help users find your post. Please select one or more topics", but NONE of the topics offered appear to be relevant to my issue.

Forget it.  I figured most of it out.  Now if I could only figure out how to delete the post.....

If there was only a printed user guide available I wouldn't have to ask questions like that.

At first I only saw the + on the sides of the element. Did no realize that if you clicked on top or bottom border of the element one would have the option to add above and below.
