We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. To assist you better, are you trying to delete the Creative Cloud application? Could you please let us know which device system are you on? We're here to help, just need some info.

It seems like you're on iPad, for any iOS device you may tap and hold the application and then you'll get the option to Remove App. Please check the screenshot below.
