Adobe aero doesn't install

Why do I get the message that Adobe Aero isn't compatible with my cell phone? I have the Galaxy Note 10 + /12gb ram /256 gb space on HD.

There is no offical support for Aero other than UserVoice and the online User Guide.

See Aero system requirements on iOS and Player Beta on Android below:

    Hope that helps.

According to the Adobe Aero page, Aero is only supported on a limited range of Samsung devices (Galaxy and Pixel 4).

    https://helpx.adobe.com/aero/user-guide.html/aero/system-requirements.html

Plus, it is only supported on  Android 10 or above. I believe the Note 10+ ships with Android 9. Can it be upgraded to Android 10?

Is that an actual cell phone, or is it a tablet?

I do not find a forum for that product https://community.adobe.com/ so I have no idea where you would get support
