Adobe Analytics and Target Integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

We plan to integrate Adobe Analytics/Adobe Target with SFMC to retarget customers with Adobe Target from SFMC and send the audience to SFMC from AA.

Can you advise the best possible way for this. Thanks!!
