Question

Adobe cc can not connected to internet after Linksys OpenWRT 7 Pro ( MBE70, Ln6001) is the new WiFi router

Same isp ‘s modem, I have retired my Linksys WRT 1900ACS and replaced by a new Linksys OpenWRT 7 Pro ( MBE70, LN6001).
after the new MBE70 took place, my Adobe CC won’t launch successful as usual.

when I put the old 1900ACS back on, the Adobe CC works just fine.

Is there any specific setting for MBE70 ?

google ai says it is a fault of the MBE70’s ipv6, but even I turned the ipv6 off, the problem still exits.

what should I do ?

much appreciate for your help.

I think it is a DNS or filtering issue on the new router. Since it works fine when you switch back to the old Linksys, the hardware itself is probably not the problem.

Also, give a try like change the DNS on the new router to something like Google or Cloudflare and see if Adobe starts working again. Also give a hit if there’s any security filter or firewall option enabled that might be blocking Adobe services.

first try, resetting the cc app: To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press: Win: Ctrl + Alt + R Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails, do a clean cc install:

uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

download the cc desktop app by using the links at the both of this page, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/apps/download-install-apps/creative-cloud-apps/download-creative-cloud-desktop-app-from-web.html

install the cc desktop app using an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
