Adobe CC Items Moving To Bin Issue Without User Intervention

Good Afternoon,

One of our teams have been experiencing issues whereby one of their folders they have set to be shared keeps moving items to the PC recycle bin without the user doing anything. Every so often they will look in the their to bin a bunch of random items within their synced folder has been moved – when I say random items it is not as if they accidently press delete on a folder but different files which are apart of different folder structures.

Any suggestions? 

PS: I've seen previous posts about this from a couple years back and all of the Adobe employees suggesting collecting logs and sending to SyncForum-Communication@adobe.com, though this email appears to be no longer in service.
