Adobe CC syncs my data only partially

For a few months now, I've been constantly getting the error message "sync due to server error". Adobe's website only says to try later, but the problem has been happening for months.
Partially, the files I save to the folders on the laptop are uploaded normally and my colleagues also have access. Unfortunately, this is not always the case and the error message keeps popping up.
I have tried everything (uninstalling CC, logging off, deleting the options.tix file) but it still doesn't work.

When I upload the files to Creative Cloud Web, everything works normally, but it's a pain.

Please, I hope someone can help me. This is driving me nuts! Thanks a lot!!

    reset the cc app:

    to reset the cc desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

    Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
    Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
