Adobe cc with student account

Hi,

I signed up for a course and got adobe cc with it.
I already have an adobe cc account on my e-mailaddress (subscription is going to end soon). Is there a way I can access the subscription I bought with my personal e-mail adress, or do I have to make a new account with the student mail adress? I signed up for the course with my personal e-mail address tho, but I guess I bought it with the student mail.
