Adobe Cloud Cant Find Images

Ive been using Adobe cloud for quite some time and the same problems always arise, I am going to use and get another provider because your cloud is so flawed and annoying. A ton of images always show up as "image unavialble" the file is there but cant be accessed  and I have to dowload the original file then share then download to images (on my phone) its lenghty and takes foreverr and I have never seen this happen on any other file sharing. Please fix this issue, its been happening for years now. ALSO! why isnt there a download all files option? For how much money I spend on the cloud I am beyond frustrated with it and how far behind it is from other file sharing programs. I do not plan on using it much anymore simply because of how glitchy it is, Please work on fixing images unaviable.
