Adobe Cloud is full...but it's almost empty

Hi there,

 

we currently have the problem, that our cloud storage seems to be full, but it's almost empty.

Therefore we don't see any option to empty the cloud, because there is nothing to delete...

 

We already checked every storage type (Lightroom, Photoshop, Adobe Documents, etc.) and the associated "Deleted" folders - there is nothing...nada. 

 

We just don't know what to do or how to get our Adobe Cloud storage free again.

 

Please help!!!

I have the same problem ! Search of the Adobe sites etc has failed to provide a solution - how do I solve this ?

use a web browser to navigate to the following locations. at each location there are several folders to check.:

 

https://assets.adobe.com

https://lightroom.adobe.com

https://documentcloud.adobe.com

https://spark.adobe.com

 

if you delete anything from any of these locations, check for a deleted folder where your file(s) was (were) moved. if you want to clear space you must delete files in the deleted folder.

 

the used storage shown at each of those four sites (when totaled), should match the space shown used by your cc files.

I have the same problem. On each locations you wrote it's empty. I don't understand
