Adobe Cloud is needed to resolve this problem but is missing..

I am getting this error every other day and it's driving me nuts. Sometimes repair works, sometimes I need to download a new copy. Sometimes it works fine, then a restart or firing up my computer later on in the day and it gets the error again. Started having this issue about a week ago. What else can I do?

I have had the same problem for SEVERAL Months. I've tried all four different ways that was listed in the help article from Adobe. And still it doesn't resolve it!

  • Which operating system?
  • Have you updated your OS lately?
  • Does this occur with other apps or just Creative Cloud Desktop?
