Adobe cloud keeps asking for verification code when 2FA is turned off

Hi,

I'm using my client's credentials to work on a project on their cloud. I often have to log out from my Client's account to switch back to my work. For the client, the cloud keeps asking for the verification code although all sorts of 2FAs are turned off for my client. This was never an issue before but now it's hindering our smooth work flow.

Please suggest what to do in this case? the client has their own individual account. It is not an organization account

is the client prompted for 2fa when signing in?

if so, they could contact support.  use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

Hi, Thanks for your reply. For the client it does not ask for any verification code.

then there's some problem on your end.  because i'm don't understand what you're doing, i don't know what that could be.

do you have adobe subscription ?  if so, is that an individual subscription?

is your client's subscription an individual subscription?
