Adobe cloud sharing elements missing

Hello, 

I'm having some problems with the library sharing. 

My colleague has shared with me two libraries- one of them works just fine and has all the elements inside, the other library with only one element inside it, the other elements don' t show.

I have tried signing it and out a couple of times and my colleague has sent me the share link a few times as well. The same problem. Other colleagues have the same library and it works fine. We cannot find out what the issue is! Please help 🙂
