Adobe Cloud shows that only 35% of space available

Hello,

can somebody help me on the following issue!

Today i order the Abo Lightroom/PS with Cloud 2GB, but now on my ipad the cloud has only approx. 35% free space

but i dont have any kind of photos in my cloud on the PC/ipad!
