Adobe communicatie

What ever happens to Adobe? I used to to be able to get some service. But not any more. This is the least service friendly company in the world ! Just ask the community is the standard answer.  wat kind of service is that?

Hi,

I am sorry but i just really hate the way your ‘service' system works. The new acces app is also very annoying. Why do i have to give more and more info just to login even when i am already logged in to creative cloud?

The problems i am having are with the adobe cloud. On my desktop and iPad it keeps saying that the 20 gb is full. However when i go in to the Cloud on my desktop there are no files at all. On my iPad there are photo’s but managing them is very difficult. This makes no sense to me and i think that the cloud is not easy to use.
