Cordialement.

does your account show your trial's ended?

I apologize for the inconvenience. I just saw the problem, I was using my wrong email address which explains why everything was paying. Everything works again perfectly. Thank you very much for your help.

Have a nice day.

for adobe cc apps, you're offered a 7 day trial plus and additional 7 days grace period during which you can cancel without any financial commitment.  after those 14 days, you are enrolled into the paid subscription that you were trying.

for your specifics, check your account - https://account.adobe.com

Good morning,

Thank you for your answer. So that means I have 14 days of trial and not 7 days?
I have one last question, when I bought/downloaded this format from Adobe, it was stipulated that I had Lightroom, After Effect or a dozen additional software. Now, when I look at them, I have to buy them to use them or to use the link. I don’t understand at all. Can you help me on this subject?

Thank you.
