Adobe Creative Cloud Backup Folders

Hello, I've been running into an issue where my creative cloud apps are moved to Backup folders (Adobe Creative Cloud_bkp) and making my apps unsyncable.

These apps that are moved to a bkp folder, appear without an icon and can't communicate with other apps. For example, I can't render a composition from after effects in media encoder, or even link composition from premiere to after effects.

Is there an option to disable this automatic backups?
