Adobe creative cloud cannot connect to Adobe servers

Hi! We have a corporate network. I downloaded and installed Adobe Creative Cloud. But the program can't connect to Adobe servers.

We have a Proxy server, but the program does not see it.

Please write where there is a program setting to use a Proxy server?
What should be the network settings for the program to work?

Hi!

All current Adobe Creative Cloud Network Endpoints are outlined on the Help page below:

Information about Proxy support for Creative Cloud apps is listed here:

Here - https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/proxy-authentication-support.html  it is written - "When the Creative Cloud Desktop app is first launched and detects a proxy in place, it prompts for credentials."

But Adobe Creative Cloud does not see our proxy server. How do I configure the proxy server manually?
