Tell everyone you know who owns a Mac, including Apple employees... Mac Migration and Time Machine DO NOT WORK properly with Adobe program activations due to hidden registration files that are not included when Migration or Time Machine make their copies
Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...
-for non-Cloud programs you need to DE-activate before uninstalling
    -https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activate-deactivate-products.html
-using the cleaner after uninstalling and before reinstalling is often needed

-Restart your computer... Sign in to your account... Reinstall

Cloud Manager to install all programs https://www.adobe.com/ie/creativecloud/desktop-app.html

Frankie, what process did you use to move to the new MacBook?  Was anything copied from the previous computer? Did you attempt to migrate any applications from the old computer to the new one?

Let me move this to the Creative Cloud Services forum for you, where I hope you will find an answer for your question.

The Using the Community forum is for help in using the Adobe Support Community forums, not for help with specific programs. Product questions should be posted in the associated product community.
