Adobe Creative Cloud Fehler bei Dateisynchronisation Mac

Hi!

Danke vielmals!

Hi @LisaS2001873,

We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. Would you mind sharing the version of the Mac operating system & the Creative Cloud application you're using? Are you getting any error messages? If yes, is it possible to share the screenshot of the error message? We're here to help, just need some info.

You may also check this article and check if that helps: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/arent-my-files-syncing.html

Hi @Tarun Saini

Thank you so much for your response.

Im using the macOS Venture and the Creative Cloud Version 5.9.1.377.

Beside the error message about not being able to synchronize, I cant work with Premiere Pro, Premiere Rush and After Effects. I've attached the error messages I get, unfortunatly they're in German tho...

I've already deinstalled the whole Creative Cloud, as well as the programms several times and checked all the settings I need to accept on my Mac so that the synchronication should work...

Thank you so much for your help!

Kind Regards,

Lisa

@LisaS2001873

if you've already uninstalled, see if a thorough uninstall and carefull install fixes the problem:

uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

NOTE: win 11 users that have trouble with the latest win 10 installer often have success with the older win 10 installer.
