Adobe Creative Cloud Prepaid disappear without a trace

Hi,

 

 I bought a prepaid 1 Years Adobe Creative Plan for one years. After activating and VPN to protect my privacy. It should expire Oct 2021. After using for about a month a pop up on Adobe Premiere said your subscription expired. I can't find a trace of it anywhere or details why it expired. I contacted the seller of Adobe Prepaid and it is genuine. How do I figured out something disappear without a trace, there no Adobe order history.

 

What is next step? Didn't get an answer from Customer Services. If I was scam? There should be a notification this prepaid card is not Genuine so I can file a refund through Payapy payment services or eBay.

I bought the service for Adobe Premiere for use on Windows or Mac. I have limited space on Mac, so I switch to Windows.  

 

If no answer, then I will switch to other online company for video editing.

Genuine Adobe software is legally licensed software purchased directly from Adobe or an authorized reseller. Only genuine Adobe apps and services give you the latest features and functionality and ongoing access to support, plus the latest security protection.

If your account portal shows an active PAID subscription, maybe your Creative Cloud reverted to trial mode.  See help article below for details.

I hope you didn't pay much.  eBay is a den of software pirates & thieves who will say and do anything to get your money. 

 

A legitimate subscription will appear in your Adobe account portal.
