adobe creative cloud show error message-can't link adobe server

My adobe creative cloud show error message can't link adobe server, like below.

Please check firewalk, and confirm time of your PC is correct, and try again.

I try close firewalk, and cancle sync clock function.

But it's still show same error message, and LR and PS aren't open too (can't verify your subscription status).

Have anyone same problem?
