Adobe creative cloud subscription suspended
Hello,
It's been nearly a month that my adobe license has been cancelled for supposedly a payment problem (when in fact it has always been automatic). I never had any issue in the past and here I am not able to work.
I've got in touch so many times with the adobe custom service via the chat and they told me there is a technical issue and people with the 100Go Creative Cloud subscription are encountering the same problem. Meaning they paid, and still don't have access to any softwares. It appears as if you didn't buy anything.
Did any of you struggle with this ?
