Adobe Creative Cloud Waiting to Sync stuck

I'm trying to use the adobe creative cloud service to transfer my finished files from my computer to my phone for uploading to social media but for some apparent reason, it is stuck on waiting to sync. I tried deleting the files and readding them to no prevail.
