Adobe Credential Management System link is not opening which is showing Blank screen.

I am planning to schedule one Adobe certification. During this process I have created one Adobe Id. After login to "https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/certification/program/technical-certifications/aa/aa-expert/aa-e-business.html?lang=en" this link when I tried to access "Adobe Credential Management System" which is "https://www.certmetrics.com/adobe",  it is showing me blank screens. looks like it is tried to do single sign on using my Adobe id and unfortunately ended up with blank screens. Kindly suggest. I tried different browser and also used incognito mode as well. It is still not working. Kindly help. I have to aprear for this certificaitn in another day or 2. Attached one document with some screenshot.
