Adobe enhanced speech AI filter

The Adobe speech enhancment AI filter isn't working now. I'm able to upload a wav file, the enhancer says "working on it" but it never finished and offers a downloadable file as before. it just sits and spins. Please help

    Works fine for me. I've never uploaded anything longer than 15 minutes. Maybe that has something to do with it. With so many codex variations I would try transcoding your audio to another version.

    it's a forum related to cc services (ie, cloud storage/usage and portofolio etc).  but it's not really clear (to me) with what you and the op are having difficulty.
