i can't read that, but if your trying to open something that depends on the flash player, it (the player) is not longer available. further, if you're trying to view something in a browser that depends on an embedded (into the browser) flash player, no current browser supports flash player.

all the above occurs because of security issues with the flash player. ie, you shouldn't try to work-around the problem, find an old flash player and then open something that uses that flash player and puts your system at risk.
