Adobe fonts not syncing and Xd not working

Question

I've just migrated a 2015 Macbook Pro to a 2021 Macbook Pro 16" with the new M1 Max chip. There are currently 2 issues i'm experiencing. 1 is that non of my adobe fonts are synching which means I cannot do my job. Also Xd will not let me open a document.

What should I do to synch this and optimise my laptop?

Did you migrate your Intel applications to the new M1 MacBook Pro, Elm2021?
