Adobe Forgetting I have a plan?

I purchased an Annual Adobe Plan last summer, and this morning it's saying that my trials have all expired on my apps. I go to my account and it says that my "admin" hasn't assigned my account any apps, and my account is showing no record of my purchased plan, yet I have the confirmation emails. What do I do? I have a very big presentation in 4 days!!!!

if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

 

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

 

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

 

if that fails, change the install location
