Adobe Installer set-up not opening

Hello, i am contacting you becuase i cant seem to open my adobe creative cloud set up.

What happens is that after i download the set up on my computer and try to enter the exe file it just wont open; i noticed that windows reports a problem on my task manager when the cc task is open and it just closes within a few seconds.

Do you have any idea of how this could be resolved? Thanks in advance.
