Your assessment sounds very strange, also from a language perspective. I would guess that English is not your native language, and I would invite you to write in your language. We use the translation tool to get a better understanding of your problem. As @Peru Bob says, Adobe does not install virus programs on any system. Some Adobe products may be buggy, but that is not intentional and updates follow as soon as the issue is solved. This is inline with what other software companies do.

Adobe applications do not install viruses if downloaded directly from Adobe.  You may be getting false positives.

Can you please be more specific about what is happening?

Let me move this to the Creative Cloud Services forum for you, which I hope is the appropriate forum for your question. I suspect that what'll you need to do, however, is contact customer service. You're not actually talking to Adobe here, you're talking to fellow users of Adobe products.

The Using the Community forum is for help in using the Adobe Support Community forums, not for help with specific programs, installation issues, or account issues such as subscription questions or billing problems, or generalized questions about Creative Cloud services.

    * Product questions should be posted in the associated product community.
    * Installation questions should be posted in the Download & Install community.
    * Account issues, including subscription questions or billing problems, should be posted in the Account, Payment, & Plan community.
    * Questions about the Creative Cloud desktop app or general questions about apps in the Creative Cloud should be posted to the Creative Cloud Services community.
