Adobe Libraries - Not allowing me to send invite to one of my team members

I'm trying to send an Invite for an Adobe Library, but I'm getting this Error Message. No code, no reason.

 

We have both tried logging out and back in but no luck. I've tried sending from different apps, including the Creative Cloud app.

 

Does anyone have a solution for this issue?

Adobe might have been doing system maintenance when you tried to send the invite.  Try again later.  Meanwhile, the System Status log is below.

Hi Nancy,

I've sent others with no issues before and after. It just seems to be the one team member. I've been trying and looking up solutions since last week but no luck. Any other ideas?

Does the team member have another email address you can try?
