Why is it that when you open the chat box and the agent says hi how can I help... I can type in the box, but when I want to send what I've typed, there is no send button!!! It's a pointless page where you can't even respond to the first hello... Not very helpful when you add this to the fact that the contact phone number is invalid also!!! How do we get help?

    With most Chat systems I've ever used the Enter key Sends the text you typed. You can't use a Carriage Return, Enter key, to go to a new line of text. It is for sending that text you typed.
