Hi there,

 

Are you using Firefox 82? We've heard some reports that the Firefox update from last night isn't playing well with our site. 

 

If Firefox is your normal browser, can you please try Chrome?

Hi there, sorry to hear about your difficulties. You may want to check if the issue occurs when using a different internet connection (maybe your phone). That link worked okay for me. The issue may be related to the site being blocked by your internet provider or firewall. Do other MAX links work okay?
