Adobe Personal File Adobe ID

My computer crashed and had to do full reinstall-  I had a shortcut on my desktop to drop files in for quick saves...    the shortcut is gone and i cant seem to access my files   they are not in my cloud files   

this is under legacy creative clould files personal account   Adobe support didnt have solutions     not sure if this is so legacy that recovery is possible
